After a long night (a very long night) of testing, I think I've finally identified and solved the ftp problem. Seems that Sitecam can't handle two ftp uploads at once. I had the cameras set to both take photos at the same time. So Sitecam was initiating two uploads at exactly the same time. Which it didn't like at all.
I tried setting them each to upload every two minutes, but alternating so there was one upload a minute. That worked fantastic. Tonight, if I have time, I'll try alternating at thirty second intervals and see if that works. I'm not sure if any overlap of ftp uploads will cause a problem, or just starting them at the same time.
I talked to Elizabeth yesterday via email and got things straightened out with our visit to them. I've been wanting to meet her for a long time, and to see Charlotte again, so being able to spend a day with them in Baton Rouge makes the trip that much more special. Too bad we don't have time to go to New Orleans -- seems a shame to be so close to a famed city and not see it.
Got a lot to do today, because I spent so much time over the weekend trying to fix the ftp problems. Well to be honest, I'd have a lot to do anyway. I'm heading into the office for what I certainly hope will be a brief time. Then a bit of shopping, including going back to the phone store and making the salesman show me how to set up my voicemail. I can't figure it out. Then I'll be back home, finishing up my list, for the rest of the day.
I can't believe we're leaving tomorrow.
