The moblog works! La la la! It works! I just posted 4 photos from my phone and it worked perfectly.
I'm not crazy about the term "moblog" (for mobile blog) but I needed a way to distinguish it from the photolog I already have. "Posted from my phone" is easier to understand, but doesn't fit in the space very well. So "moblog" it is. For now at least.
The templates are all yucky right now because I'm still working on formatting them. But pretty soon (probably late tonight or sometime tomorrow morning) it will be set up so each day's journal entry will have a sidebar with all the day's photos. It's already set up on the home page.
Yippee!

yay!!! it's so wonderful that you got this working! i can't wait to try and implement it on my site.
i'm going to attempt to merge it with my regular photo log. i'm also thinking about driving my normal photo log with MT-- allowing comments on each photo would be fantastic. i haven't yet thought through how i might do that, though, without doing it manually.
Well I can hardly take the credit for getting it working -- it was your idea to change that number from 1 to 2 :)
Oh man, that would be nice to have all the photos together in MT, whether they came from the phone or the camera. It would be so much easier to deal with the images that way & easier for people to view them too.
I bet mt-moblog could be adapted to grab the entries from photolist.txt instead of a mailbox so there'd be no need to create entries manually.
hmmm... fonlog or, my personal favorite, phlog.
I never heard of fonlog, but I've heard good things about phlog. I'm just really picky about wanting things to be exactly the way I want them on my website, so I'm usually better off with a custom script. Too bad I suck at coding! If my abilities matched my desires, I'd have a damn fine site :)
