My favorite was: "Query: why do the hippies and the crunchy bohemians insist on displaying their solidarity with the peasants by wearing the peasant shoes that cost $100 the pair?"
ha! that's the quote I almost used in my entry instead of the one about slippers.
Later in the evening I found an even funnier one, in Manolo for the Men:
"Most of the shoes the Mike he mentions in his blog, they were made in the China, probably from the leather of civet cats or pandas or something that you would not like to know you were wearing on your feets."
I heart Manolo (although i wonder - is he or she an employee of Zappos.com in Iowa somewhere?)
I don't heart how all his commenters must write their comments in his style. I should just not read the comments.
