February 19 movie: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. Eh, my opinion of this movie is about the same as last time. A few fantastic set pieces, a hopeless muddle of a movie. Basically a fun way to kill an evening.

Main problems with Dead Man's Chest, I think: too much plot getting in the way of the story; no Geoffrey Rush.
If you had told me, after POTC: Curse of the Black Pearl, that I would never get around to seeing POTC: At World's End, I might not have believed you. Wow, Dead Man's Chest stripped the momentum right off that story.
I felt exactly the same way, would not have seen At Worlds End if not for Georg, and was surprised that I enjoyed it.
