thanks!! it would look better if I had some lighting for the roof.

Also I'm not sure whether to use the clips that came with the rope lights or not. The electrical tape makes yucky black marks in the lights, which is less than ideal. But the clips would have to be glued in place. I'm not sure if I want to glue them down when they'd only be used a couple of times a year.

Maybe I can tape the clips down? Hmm, I'll have to see if that will work.

It just occurred to me that, while I cleverly allowed a way for the people in the front seat to get into the car after the lights were applied, I didn't allow any way for people to get into the *back* seat. Hmm. I'll have to think about that one.
