Maroney at August 6, 2005 2:22 AM The glowing eyes were spinning propellers with little LED lights on the ends. I wish I'd gotten a photo of the guy driving it! He was wearing a little rat hat. And I have to say, being passed by a motorized rat on the road was a sight I will never forget.
