Title is "The Stars and Stripes Forever". This contraption is 114 feet long and sports 50 US flags. As it's creator I do not consider this a political statement as I do NOT support any political party. However I do love the USA in spite of her faults, and I support her troops as they work to keep our freedoms intact.

Hi The Carp, I hope you don't mind my saying this but you sound a little defensive. Were you getting hostility from people at the parade who made assumptions about your politics? I called your contraption "we support our troops" because that was written on the contraption. Sorry I got the name wrong.

I did not mean to sound defensive. What someone chooses to call my little contraption dosen't matter to me, I only put up the title I use for it for the information junkies out there. I will however admit that it does get a little bit tiring for people to assume that flying the flag makes me a hard core republican. That aside, I do want to thank you for posting these pictures, they made my day a bit brighter.
